Luchana Smith is a litigation paralegal with over 20 years of experience specializing in complex litigation.  Her career has taken her across seven different states, where she has worked on a wide range of cases, including mass torts, and class action disputes.  Luchana has a bachelor’s degree in legal studies and has further enhanced her knowledge and skills by earning a master’s degree in executive leadership. In 2021, Luchana decided to leverage her expertise and entrepreneurial spirit by founding her own virtual paralegal company, Discovery on Us, LLC.

Outside of work, Luchana is married to a retired USAF veteran and together they share 6 children. Originally from Connecticut, Luchana now calls Spartanburg her home.  She serves on the board of The KEYA Foundation, an organization that works to eradicate teen domestic violence and she is the program manager for the Institute for Youth Justice, an organization that works to educate teens about the criminal justice system.
